Having been a first-time guest ourself we know you have a few questions before you experience Church at the Triangle.

What should I wear?

Come as you are. We are not preoccupied with your clothing. Lee will most likely teach in jeans and a polo or button-down shirt. If you catch him in a tie, you are probably looking at him in his casket.

Will I have to stand up or be singled out? Can I just slip in and check things out without a big deal being made about me?

You will not have to stand up or be singled out. We will do our best to make sure your experience with us is positive.

Do I need to bring a Bible?

Not necessarily; the text will be displayed for you. Lee will be teaching from the Bible. He will refer to it often. You will have the opportunity to look up the text if you choose to bring your Bible. We believe that the key to becoming all we can become is found in understanding God’s words to us as the Bible records them.

What type of music can I expect?

A contemporary band will play music relevant to the theme of the day. The volume will be culturally relevant. You will also notice that our music and worship sound is what you are accustomed to experiencing in your everyday life. We believe God can be found in and through the arts.

How long is the experience?

Our experiences are planned to last 60-70 minutes. We do acknowledge that there are occasions when our time will go a little longer than this, but this is not the norm.

So what is going to happen in this experience? (Is it going to be weird?)

I believe this is the most asked yet least verbalized question about a church experience. Let’s be honest. Spiritual experiences sometimes feel strange. We know that tension and uncomfortable feeling. We believe an experience with God should feel natural in that no one knows us better than our Creator and He deals with us gently.
